Our attitudes and expectations are shaped by our lived experiences. These are influenced by everything around us, such as what we see in the media, celebrity culture, our own communities, or our friends, family and colleagues. The more that movement is normalised in day to day life and the more that we see people like us getting active, the more that those of us who might never have thought of ourselves as the active type will feel comfortable to give physical activity a try.
We support projects that help to promote the value of physical activity as something to enjoy for anyone, regardless of background, experience, appearance or ability.
